Refurbishment and division of existing commercial units in Harrogate to create 5 new units for new tenants. The project included new build fronts, installation of new roof cladding, installation of electrical fittings, boilers, WC/ kitchen facilities and associated external works with block paving parking areas and tarmac roads & footpaths.
